The Martha’s Vineyard Cultural Council (MVCC) provides funding to support local artists, performers, and community organizers to enhance the cultural vitality of Martha’s Vineyard. The MVCC is one of over 300 local councils that receives annual funds from the Massachusetts Cultural Council with the mission to protect public access to the arts and humanities within our communities.
