TICKING POINT is a feature documentary following Martha's Vineyard as it mounts one of the country's first coordinated fights against ticks and the potentially life-threatening alpha-gal syndrome. With close access, the film captures residents, hunters, scientists, and public health officials working together to confront the crisis at its source. If the island pulls off a turnaround, it'll be the first case study of its kind, a blueprint for every community facing this next. If it can't, what does that mean for the rest of America as the aggressive lone star tick continues migrating north?

Directed by Emmy-winning filmmaker Reece Robinson, who has a lifelong connection to Martha's Vineyard, TICKING POINT follows the island that might hold the answer for everywhere else.
