How to get there

Written by: Shelagh Hackett

Do you bag or do you shovel? Harness or collar? Kibble or farm-grown? Who is the Poopman? How do YOU handle the Cone of Shame? All these questions and more may be answered at this workshop production of the brand-new musical DOG PARK! (A four-legged musical in one act).

DOG PARK! is a whimsical musical journey into the life of dogs, and their humans, at the local dog park. Full of colorful, lovable characters and ten original songs, it explores the nature of love, companionship, and attraction. With humor and song, it tells the tale of Chaka, a young Rhodesian Ridgeback whose reclusive owner, Mabel, is recovering from heartbreak, both literal and figurative. She can no longer walk on the beach and has been taking Chaka to the dog park for exercise. Chaka has made some friends, but will she be accepted by the pack or remain on the outside? With the help of a motley crew of canines and the humans who love them, we are all welcomed to the dog park to feel the love and learn that you just have to be yourself, to fit in.

With a brilliant cast of local celebrities and ten all-original tunes, this musical will have you dancing and singing all year round!

TICKETS & WILL CALL

All tickets are held at the box office under the purchaser's name. No printed ticket is required. Simply check in when you arrive. We do not mail tickets. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of purchase. Please ensure your email address is accurate and free of typos.

Online ticket sales close one hour before showtime. After that, any remaining tickets may be purchased at the box office on a walk-in basis, subject to availability. Ticket purchases are limited to six (6) tickets per order. If you need more than six tickets, please contact the Box Office for assistance.

Circuit Arts is the exclusive authorized ticket seller for our events. Tickets purchased through third-party sellers or resale websites will not be guaranteed or honored.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Plans change, and we're happy to help. Refunds and ticket exchanges are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Event reminder emails are sent 36 hours in advance.

For productions with multiple performance dates, we're happy to accommodate ticket exchanges whenever possible. All exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, particularly for sold-out performances. Your original reservation will remain in place unless an exchange is confirmed by our Box Office.

After the 24-hour refund and exchange window closes, all ticket sales are final. If you're unable to attend, your unused ticket will be considered a donation to Circuit Arts, helping to support our year-round programming.

WAITLISTS

Online Waitlist: For sold-out performances, patrons may join the online waitlist. If tickets become available, we'll notify you by email. You'll have six (6) hours from the time the notification is sent to complete your purchase, or until online ticket sales close one hour before showtime, whichever comes first. If tickets are not purchased within that window, they may be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

In-Person Waitlist: On the night of a sold-out performance, patrons may join our in-person waitlist at the box office. Beginning five (5) minutes before showtime, unclaimed tickets may be released to those waiting in person. If you have tickets but are running late, please text our Box Office to let us know you're coming. Otherwise, your tickets may be released to another patron. Availability is not guaranteed, and joining the online waitlist does not automatically place you on the in-person waitlist. You must sign up separately at the box office.

PERFORMANCE POLICIES

Out of respect for the performers and audience, late seating may be delayed or unavailable. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at an appropriate break in the performance to minimize distractions.
